Showcase your products and services at the three-day 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference. The Power of Rural is devoted to addressing the most pressing challenges facing rural healthcare in the state of Wyoming and sharing the most cutting-edge and innovative solutions to those challenges. The Power of Rural Conference is being hosted by the Wyoming Primary Care Association, Wyoming Office of Rural Health, and the Equality State Research Network. We celebrate this partnership with a hybrid conference combining a traditional in-person event with virtual sessions, and both in-person and virtual exhibit spaces for sponsors. You will connect in-person and virtually with mid-to late-career administrators and leadership from across the state of Wyoming. The 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference offers exhibitors, sponsors, and partners with advertising, promotion, and networking opportunities to engage with attendees to build long-term business relationships. Sponsorships for the 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference create visibility for your organization. Promote your products, services, and mission to 100 to 150 Wyoming healthcare administrators and leaders. We highlight your brand in conference materials, signage, the mobile app, social media, and at the Opening Plenary.

Purchase the registered attendee list with the names and postal addresses of pre-registered attendees. This will be mailed to you two weeks prior to the conference and will include only those attendees registered by that time. It will not include attendee information for those who have opted out of sharing their contact information.

Share your mission, products, and services among healthcare leadership with an exhibit table in the conference center foyer, where we will host the Networking Reception, breaks, daily continental breakfast, and other Power of Rural Healthcare hosted events. Exhibit for all three days of the conference. Exhibit space is limited to 10 exhibit tables and is assigned on a first come/first-serve basis. Tables will not be held without full payment—no exceptions.

After you complete your online registration, you will receive information for the official conference hotel. You may then reserve your room(s) under the Power of Rural room block to take advantage of the special conference price.
The University of Wyoming Conference Center will NOT accept any mailed exhibit materials. Please plan to bring all materials on your own.
In-person exhibit space is limited to 10 tables and can fill up fast—even well before the dealine. Payment is due by Friday, March 17, 2023. Contact Megan Hansen ([email protected]) if your payment will be delayed.
An exhibit table cancelled prior to the application deadline of Friday, March 17, 2023 will be refunded less a $200 service charge. No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
The Power of Rural reserves the right to cancel, alter, or reschedule the 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference for any reason, including because the hosts determine in their sole discretion that the conference cannot be held as planned. For these reasons, exhibitors and sponsors are advised against making non-refundable travel arrangements. Should you purchase non-refundable airline tickets or make non-refundable hotel reservations, you do so at your own risk. Should the conference hosts cancel, alter, or reschedule some or all of the in-person portion of the conference for any reason, your conference exhibit package, advertising, and/or sponsorship fees will NOT be refunded. In case the event converts to all virtual, all paid sponsors and advertisers are automatically registered for and will be provided with access to the conference’s digital environment, which includes access to plenary events, education sessions, and networking opportunities. Further, a portion of your Exhibit Package, sponsorship, and/or advertising fees will be converted to a credit. If applicable, this credit may be applied to any future Power of Rural conference or program and must be used on or before the 2024 Power of Rural event.
Your health and safety are our top priority. It is the policy of the conference hosts to inform sponsors and exhibitors of any changes to the conference format, including but not limited to transitioning this hybrid conference to completely virtually. The conference hosts continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and the current CDC guidelines, as well as the safety measures of our partners at the event site. We are endeavoring to provide a safe, collaborative experience for all attendees of the 2023 Power of Rural Healthcare Conference. In keeping with our commitment to model best practices in community health, a COVID-19 vaccination is not required to participate, but highly encouraged.
